At HAVAS Red, great work gets recognized, and today, we’re thrilled to shine a well-deserved spotlight on two of our own.
Allison Koerbel has been promoted to Account Director and Emily Brosky has been promoted to Senior Content Producer. Both are based in our Pittsburgh office, and both have made an undeniable mark on the work and the team around them.
Allison Koerbel, Account Director
Allison first joined HAVAS Red in May 2022 as a Content Manager, was promoted to Account Supervisor in May 2023, and has now earned her next step to Account Director — a trajectory that tells you everything you need to know about how she shows up.
Across accounts including Galderma, Naterra and Evenflo, Allison has been a steady, trusted force: leading client relationships, guiding teams on the ground and keeping complex workstreams moving without missing a beat. Her operational leadership and consistency have become something the team genuinely depends on.
As Nancy Anderson, EVP of Social and Content, put it: “This reflects the trust she’s built and how she shows up every day. Not gonna lie, you’re kinda killing it, Al.”
Emily Brosky, Senior Content Producer
Emily joined the agency in April 2023 as a Content Producer, and in a relatively short time, she’s become an indispensable creative presence across the team. Her work spans video editing, motion graphics, animation, graphic design, and event planning and direction, and she’s brought that full toolkit to bear on accounts including Opill, Sanofi and Tzield.
What sets Emily apart? It’s more than the breadth of her skills. It’s the energy and creativity she brings to every project. She always delivers, and her positivity has made her a cornerstone of the Pittsburgh office culture.
“Emily has been our go-to across accounts and especially in high-pressure, fast-turn moments,” said Nancy. “She has always been a steady, positive presence across the team, and we are so happy to see how she continues to grow and shine with us.”
