Courtney Myers Named Agency’s AI‑Driven Innovation Lead

HAVAS Red has named SVP Courtney Myers its AI‑Driven Innovation Lead, tasking her with operationalizing the agency’s AI tools, including its new GEO offering, EchoWeave, and partner platforms such as Meltwater’s GenAI Lens. As the agency advances in an AI‑first world, she will also embed AI across workflows, training and client offerings.

Few people know this agency, across every name it has worn, better than Courtney. She joined the firm in 1998 as an account executive at Creamer Dickson Basford, rising to senior account executive before the agency evolved into Euro RSCG Magnet. There, she continued her trajectory as account supervisor and associate vice president. As the agency later became HAVAS PR North America, Courtney served as vice president and then senior vice president, building deep institutional knowledge alongside a reputation for thoughtful leadership. Today, she brings that history—and a sharp eye toward what’s next—to her expanded role at HAVAS Red.
 
That combination of institutional expertise and forward‑looking perspective uniquely positions Courtney to lead this work. In addition to overseeing the roll‑out and evolution of EchoWeave and other AI capabilities, she will guide the integration of AI into agency operations, develop agency‑wide education and training, and help define the client‑ and industry‑facing points of view and offerings that shape how HAVAS Red delivers impact in an AI‑enabled communications landscape.
